The Brewery

History

Once based out of the woods of Turner, OR, Gilgamesh Brewing has expanded and moved into a new facility in South Salem on Madrona Ave. The three Radtke brothers, and father Lee, spent the summer of 2012 recreating a once grass seed warehouse into a full scale brewery and its office building into a handcrafted restaurant featuring custom woodwork and metal fabrication. Pringle Creek runs along the covered back patio which opens up into the large back yard of the property which creates a nice ambiance. Their motto is “a beer for everyone” and the range of selection provides the delicious proof.

A Handcrafted Experience

Our Beers

Our wide variety of ales and lagers span from light to very dark, hopless to ultra hoppy. Our motto is a beer for everyone, and there is surely at least one for you.

Our Food

We strive to offer more than your typical pub grub that you will find most places while always making sure it's to the highest standard.

Our Experience
