MAMBA (formerly known as “Black Mamba”)
0 IBU 6.7% ABV
A very complex hopless brew, with a light yet slightly sweet and spicy body. Brewed with black tea, a hint of tangerine zest, and rye creating an aromatic and extremely unique brew. Definitely something you must try.

HOPSCOTCH ALE
16 IBU 8.0% ABV
A Strong Ale with a pleasant dark, warm, and malty body with an additional smattering of hops added during fermentation leaving a complimentary floral aroma.
RIDGEWAY IPA
100+ IBU 6.5% ABV
Dominated by citrus and pine flavors, this reddish beer features three of our favorite hops (Columbus, Simcoe, and Amarillo) added every minute for an hour during the brewing process. The three pounds of hops per barrel forge a well-balanced, full range of hoppiness, in this medium body brew.
PUMPHOUSE COPPER
43 IBU 4.5% ABV
A light, crisp amber style ale with mild citrus notes. - A session beer perfect for sunshine, or any day the northwest has to offer.
FILBERT LAGER
17 IBU 5.5% ABV
A crisp pilsner style lager with a slightly nutty body and light, natural sweetness similar to a filbert. Hand-chopped and roasted local Oregon filberts are prepared for every batch. Over 8 lbs of filberts in every barrel.

CHOCOLATE MINT STOUT (Winter)
0 IBU 5.5% ABV
Our stout is brewed with generous amounts of Chocolate cocoa nibs and locally grown mint. The dark and tawny roasted barley, with additional dark chocolate, creates a full, complex body. Mint, in lieu of hops, freshens with a mild, herbal finish.
CRANBERRY SAISON (Autumn/Winter)
0 IBU 5.3% ABV
A French farmhouse style ale brewed and fermented with cranberries from Bandon OR. This hopless rose-colored ale has a wonderful tartness and crisp body which pairs well with holiday meals or your everyday drinking.
MEGA MONSTER IMPERIAL IPA (Fall/Winter 2011)
∞ IBU 9.8% ABV
Rich, malty and bitter as hell. Mega Monster is brewed with 25 pounds of humulus (hop pollen). 3.5 pounds are crammed into every barrel and boiled for 120 minutes. A smooth sweet start, heavy body, reddish in color, with a lasting Monster bite.
GLISAN BACKYARD PALE ALE
16 IBU 4.2% ABV
This fresh-hopped beer grew up in urban NE Portland. The fresh Magnum and Cascade hops were organically grown and nurtured by music and bbqs. Small body with a big, fresh cut green flavor. Backyard pounder.
THE HARVESTER (Autumn)
20 IBU 5.8% ABV
Brewed with heavy doses of Vienna and Munich roasted malts creating a slightly malty body with nut and bread notes. Finished off with a heavy helping of fresh Willamette hops just off the vine, leaving a big hop finish and light fresh cut grass aroma. The perfect beer for beginning of the autumn season.
LEAPFROG MINT KOLSCH (Summer)
0 IBU 4.5% ABV
A light hopless beverage. Brewed with local mint. Light yellow color with a light body. Smooth minty brew and very refreshing for a summer day.
